\u00a0What impresses me so far is that he honors the\u00a0heroes\u00a0that succeeded in changing the\u00a0world\u00a0of flight with an equal\u00a0emphasis\u00a0on those that tried and failed. \u00a0Reading\u00a0the first few chapters, it dawned on me that I had captured some video at the Santa Paula Airport this past February. \u00a0When I reviewed the clips, I realized that I had captured a small bit of evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Walking around &#8220;First Sunday&#8221; with our friends Tina and Dennis makes the event all that more special. \u00a0Miller their wonder dog captured almost as much attention as the &#8220;bird.&#8221; \u00a0It was a fun day that\u00a0inspired\u00a0me to put together a short look of what we experienced.<\/p>\n<p>For a guy, it warms the soul,\u00a0rejuvenates\u00a0the spirit and makes you feel young again to be around cool airplanes and cool cars. \u00a0Better yet is to see these great machines walking around with a couple of hot babes. \u00a0There are few places on earth where you can get up close and personal with these great designs of the past.On the first\u00a0Sunday\u00a0of the month, a visit to Santa Paula Airport (California) will find the hangers open and lots of great things to see.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy a brief bit or history and the work that these people have put forth to restore and are restoring these great machines of the past.<\/p>\n<p>As a bit of technical background, the video was shot using my new SONY broadcast video camera with an ultra-wide lens developed for news teams to shoot in\u00a0cramped\u00a0spaces. \u00a0The camera actually produces sharper more colorful images that are smaller in file size. \u00a0I intentionally used a broadcast encoder file (F4V) for this video. \u00a0So, it is about twice the size of most of my videos, but the increase really helps to show the details of this high definition film. \u00a0 Enjoy!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chilltravelers.com\/chill\/a-day-in-the-life-of-jasper-and-isabel\/divider10-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1798\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1798\" title=\"divider10\" src=\"http:\/\/www.chilltravelers.com\/chill\/wp-content\/uploads\/divider101.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"10\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.chilltravelers.com\/chill\/wp-content\/uploads\/divider101.png 650w, https:\/\/www.chilltravelers.com\/chill\/wp-content\/uploads\/divider101-150x2.png 150w, https:\/\/www.chilltravelers.com\/chill\/wp-content\/uploads\/divider101-300x4.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>[jwplayer config=&#8221;Epic Samsung&#8221;
